摘要
本文通过显色法测定氟代脱氧葡糖中残留的氨基聚醚含量,并与分光光度法进行了对照。结果表明,显色法简单快速,适用于日常检测。
A iodinated platinum stain method was developed and compared with the spectrophotometry for the qualitative analysis of K222 levels in fludeoxyglucose(18F-FDG)in this study. The results showed that the iodinated platinum stain method is simple and fast, and is suitable for daily detection.
