液相色谱-串联质谱法测定禽畜肉中左旋咪唑的含量

摘要 建立了同位素稀释-液相色谱串联质谱法测定禽畜肉中左旋咪唑含量的方法。即采用乙腈超声提取,HLB固相萃取柱净化后,液相色谱-质谱法分析。方法学验证表明,在0.5~20.0 ng/mL范围内,左旋咪唑线性关系较好(R^2>0.999),检出限为0.1μg/kg(S/N=3),在1.00、2.00、5.00μg/kg的加标水平下,左旋咪唑的平均回收率在97.5%~99.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.2%~0.5%之间(n=6)。该法简便、准确,检测限低,无需对样品进行复杂的前处理可实现对禽畜肉中左旋咪唑残留的快速准确测定。 A new method for determination of levamisole in Livestock meat by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tendem Mass Spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) was established. The samples were extraction by acetonitrile and cleaned up by an HLB column and then for HPLC-MS analysis. Good linearity(R^2>0.999) was observed in the range 0.5~20.0 ng/mL for levamisole. The limits of detection(LODs) were 0.1 μg/kg. The recoveries ranged between 97.5 % and 99.2 % at three spiked(1.00, 2.00 and 5.00 μg/kg) with relative standard deviations(n=6) between 0.2 % and 0.5 %. The method is simple, accurate, and has low detection limit. It can realize rapid and accurate determination of levamisole residues in Livestock meat without complicated pretreatment of samples.
