加强大学生学风建设的认识与思考--基于枣庄学院机电工程学院学风建设调研案例

Understanding and Thinking of Strengthening the Construction of Study Style of College Students--based on the Research Case for the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Zaozhuang University

学风是学生学习风气、道德风貌和创新精神的综合体现,是一所大学的灵魂,也是大学社会声誉和社会形象的外在表现。本文通过对枣庄学院机电工程学院本专科学生学风建设的调查研究,发现学风存在着学生学习态度不端正、学生个人规划不明确、考风考纪有待加强、师德师风还有欠缺等主要问题,提出了以思政导学风、以教风带学风、以管理育学风、以考风正学风、以活动促学风、以关爱助学风等措施,并运用到大学生教育管理中,取得了一定成效。

The style of study is the comprehensive embodiment of students’ study atmosphere, moral style and innovative spirit, the soul of a university, and the external expression of the university’s social reputation and social image. Based on the investigation of the study style of the students in college of mechanical and electrical engineering in Zaozhuang University, this paper finds that there are some problems in the study style, such as the students’ learning attitude is not correct, the students’ personal planning is not clear, the examination style and discipline need to be strengthened, and the teachers’ morality and style are still lacking. It puts forward that the study style should be guided by the thought and politics, the study style should be guided by the teaching style, the study style should be cultivated by the management style, the study style should be corrected by the examination style, and the study style should be promoted by the activities. Some measures have been taken, such as taking care of the students’ study style, and it have been applied to the education and management of college students.
