干燥机链条自动润滑的研究与应用

干燥机运行的稳定性影响着产品的质量好坏,而链条的润滑程度会直接影响到干燥机的运行状况。本论文主要介绍了把自动点油引入到干燥机的链条滚子自动润滑的应用,运用自动化控制点油阀开关对链条进行自动点油,从而实现链条滚子自动润滑。

The operation stability of the dryer affects the quality of the tow, and the lubrication degree of the chain will directly affect the operation of the dryer. This paper mainly introduces the auto oil-feeding system into dryer roller chain for the effect of self-lubrication. The chain is self-oiled and lubricated by the automatic control point of the oil valve switch, so as to realize the chain roller self-lubrication.
