摘要
维修人员检查发现同轴斜齿轮式减速箱振动大且有异响,解体发现联轴器弹性体已被碾碎断节。更换新弹性体后电机及减速箱仍有较大振动和异响。于是维修人员接着更换电机,恢复正常。减速箱联轴器弹性块失效,转速波动造成后续设备运行中断影响生产运行,因此有必要对联轴器弹性块失效原因进行充分分析以及提出防范措施。
The maintenance personnel found that the vibration of the coaxial helical gear reducer was large and there was abnormal noise. After disassembly, it was found that the coupling elastomer had been crushed and broken. After replacing the new elastomer, the motor and gearbox still have large vibration and abnormal noise. Then the maintenance personnel replaced the motor and returned to normal. The failure of the elastic block of the gearbox coupling and the interruption of the subsequent equipment operation caused by the speed fluctuation affect the production operation. Therefore, it is necessary to fully analyze the causes of the failure of the elastic block of the coupling and put forward the preventive measures.
