摘要
初生纤维在生产过程中易出现弱丝现象,从而导致纤维品质下降。为提高纤维成丝品质,研发了一种高速熔纺初生纤维单丝直径在线测量系统。该系统使用远心镜头与CCD成像技术,应用边缘灰度梯度法及高斯滤波算法,实现了图像清晰度判断并降低了测量误差,并可将高速熔纺初生纤维单丝直径的在线测量精度控制在0.0077 mm,从而达到对初生纤维弱丝的有效检测,以及提升纤维成丝品质的目的。
As-spun fibers are prone to weak filaments during production process,resulting in decreased fiber quality.In order to improve the quality of chemical fiber filaments,an online measuring system on monofilament diameter of as-spun fiber in high-speed melt-spinning is developed.The system uses telecentric lens and CCD imaging technology to achieve clear image judgment and reduce measurement error by using edge gray gradient method and Gaussian filtering algorithm.This system makes the online measuring on monofilament diameter of as-spun fiber in high-speed melt-spinning become possible and the precision is controlled at 0.0077 mm in the end.This system could effectively detect the weak filament of the as-spun fiber,thereby achieving the purpose of improving the quality of the fiber.
