25羟基维生素D3即25羟基胆钙化醇,是维生素D3经肝脏羟化的代谢产物。25羟基维生素D3是维生素D在血液循环中存在的重要形式,其主要作用是调节钙、磷的吸收代谢,在家畜骨骼健康和繁殖性能等方面的价值尤为突出。本文综述了25羟基维生素D3的合成代谢途径、吸收优势和生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用,并提出值得继续研究的方向和内容。

25-hydroxyvitamin D3,namely of 25-hydroxycholecalciferol,is a metabolite of vitamin D3 hydroxylated by the liver.25-hydroxyvitamin D3 is an important form of vitamin D present in the blood circulation.Its main role is to regulate the absorption and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,especially in the bone health and reproductive performance of livestock.This article reviews the synthesis and metabolic pathway pathways,absorption advantages and physiological functions of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and its application in animal production,and proposes directions and content that is worthwhile for further research.
