摘要
缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)是缝隙连接蛋白中最为丰富的连接蛋白,主要存在于星形胶质细胞中。另外,Cx43也是维持神经系统正常功能的主要连接蛋白。Cx43的磷酸化与去磷酸化对缝隙连接通道的功能有非常重要的影响。Cx43磷酸化参与缝隙连接的重构,通过细胞缝隙连接通信可能导致创伤性脑损伤、脑水肿、癫痫、缺血性脑血管疾病、抑郁症等神经精神疾病的发生。因此,对Cx43作用的研究将成为神经精神疾病发生机制的研究重点。
Connexin 43(Cx43) is the most abundant connexin in gap junction proteins,which mainly exists in astrocytes and is the major connexin in maintaining the normal function of the nervous system.The phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of Cx43 exert remarkable influence on the function of the gap junction channel.The phosphorylation of Cx43 is involved in gap junction remodeling,which may lead to some neuropsychiatric diseases such as traumatic brain injury,cerebral edema,epilepsy,ischemic cerebrovascular disease,depression by way of gap junction intercellular communication.Therefore,the research on the effect of Cx43 will become the focus of the research on the mechanism of neuropsychiatric diseases.
