随着人们生活水平的提高,直肠癌的发病率逐年增高,目前直肠癌的治疗方法仍然是以手术为主的综合治疗,直肠前切除术已成为中低位直肠癌的主要手术方式,但与手术相关的并发症仍较多,其中吻合口狭窄(AS)是术后严重影响患者生活质量的并发症之一。AS有多种治疗方式,主要有机械扩张、内镜下治疗及手术治疗等方式,但到目前为止,国内外对于直肠癌术后AS的治疗仍没有统一的规范,各诊疗机构在治疗方式选择上也不统一,因此建立规范准确的直肠癌术后AS治疗流程具有重要的临床意义。

With the improvement of living standards,the incidence of rectal cancer has increased year by year.At present,the treatment of rectal cancer is still a comprehensive treatment based on surgery.Prerectal resection has become the main surgical method for low and middle rectal cancer.There are still many complications,among which the anastomosis stenosis is one of the complications that seriously affect the quality of life of patients after surgery.There are a variety of treatment methods for anastomotic stenosis,including mechanical expansion,endoscopic treatment and surgical treatment.However,so far,there is still no unified standard for the treatment of anastomotic stenosis after rectal cancer surgery.The choice of treatment methods is also not uniform.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to establish a standardized and accurate treatment procedure for anastomotic stenosis after rectal cancer surgery.
