糖尿病肾病诊断及治疗研究进展

糖尿病肾病为糖尿病最常见、最严重微血管并发症之一,是导致慢性肾衰竭的重要病因之一,危害性较大。多数糖尿病肾病患者起病隐匿,早期无明显临床症状、体征,而表现出持续性蛋白尿时往往病情加重,故须做到早诊断、早治疗。临床上糖尿病肾病诊断、治疗方法较多,且不同方法各有利弊。但糖尿病肾病病因复杂,病程长,目前治疗方法远未达到预期目标。为提升糖尿病肾病诊疗水平,临床医师应不断梳理糖尿病肾病诊断、治疗情况,总结研究成果中的不足,改善患者的预后。

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common and serious microvascular complications of diabetes.Most diabetic nephropathy patients are featured with insidious onset,no obvious early clinical symptoms,signs,and the manifestation of aggravated proteinuria,so early diagnosis and early treatment are necessary.At present,more methods have been put forward for the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and different methods have own advantages and disadvantages.However,the etiology of diabetic nephropathy is complicated and the course of disease is long,and current treatments cannot achieve the expected target.In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment level,the clinicians should continuously sort out the diagnosis and treatment situation,summarize the deficiencies in the research results,so as to improve the prognosis of the patients.
