摘要
目的:探讨分析胎儿肢体及手足畸形产前超声诊断情况及图像特征。方法:选取我院2017年1月至2018年12月期间接收的1000例孕妇进行观察,所有孕妇均接受二维、三维超声及连续顺序追踪超声法检查,分析产前超声图像,观察胎儿肢体及手足畸形发生情况。结果:经产前超声诊断发现胎儿肢体畸形18例,其中11例胎儿确诊为手足畸形,7例骨发育不良,5例裂手裂足畸形,4例足内翻,3例桡骨缺失,2例前臂缺失。结论:产前对孕妇实施超声诊断能够有效检查出肢体及手足畸形胎儿,为优生优育提供保障,值得推广。
Objective:To probe into and analyze the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis and image characteristics of fetal limb and hand-foot deformity.Methods:1000 cases of pregnant women who received in our hospital from January,2017 to December,2018 were selected as the observation,and all pregnant women were received the two-dimensional,three-dimensional ultrasound and continuous sequential tracking ultrasound examination,then,the prenatal ultrasound images were analyzed,and the occurrence of fetal limb and hand-foot deformity was observed.Results:The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis found that 18 cases of fetal limb deformity,which 11 cases were diagnosed as hand-foot deformity,7 cases of bone dysplasia,5 cases of cleft hand and foot deformity,4 cases of foot varus,3 cases of radius deficiency and 2 cases of forearm deficiency.Conclusion:The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis for pregnant women which can effectively detect fetuses with limb and hand-foot deformity,and provide guarantee for eugenics,thus it is worth promoting.
