摘要
为雏鸭鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA)与Wautersiella falsenii杆菌混合感染的诊断与治疗提供参考,对贵州安顺某鸭场1月龄疑似RA感染的4只病鸭进行临床症状观察、病理剖检、细菌分离鉴定、16S rRNA序列分析及药敏试验。结果表明:病鸭临床症状为精神沉郁、采食量少、神经症状明显、卧地不起、拉灰白色水便;病鸭心脏、肝脏和脾脏有纤维素性病变,并伴有心包积液;无菌分离出GZRA2019和GZWF2019革兰氏阴性杆菌株,分别为鸭疫里默氏杆菌和W.Falsenii杆菌;鸭疫里默氏杆菌对头孢呋辛、氨苄西林、青霉素等7种抗生素耐药,对多西环素、四环素和头孢哌酮3种抗生素敏感;W.Falsenii杆菌对头孢他啶、青霉素、头孢氨苄等10种抗生素耐药,对多西环素、四环素和头孢哌酮3种抗生素中度敏感。该养鸭场存在鸭疫里默氏杆菌和W.Falsenii杆菌混合感染。
The clinical symptom observation,pathological anatomy,bacterial isolation and identification,16S rRNA sequence analysis and drug sensitive test of four suspected ducklings with one month old infected with Riemerella anatipestifer(RA)are conducted in a duck farm in Anshun,Guizhou to provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of suspected ducklings simultaneously infected with R.anatipestifer(RA)and Wautersiella falsenii.Result:The clinical symptoms of sick ducklings include depression,less feed intake,obvious neurosis,recumbence and gray white water excrement.There are cellulosic lesions with pericardial effusion in heart,liver and spleen of sick ducklings.The isolated gram-negative bacillus(GZRA2019 strain and GZWF2019 strain)under aseptic condition are identified as RA and W.falsenii.RA is resistant to seven antibiotics(Cefuroxime,Ampicillin,Penicillin and so on)and sensitive to three antibiotics(Doxycycline,Tetracycline and Cefoperazone).W.falsenii is resistant to ten antibiotics(Ceftazidime,Penicillin,Cefalexin and so on)and medium-sensitive to three antibiotics(Doxycycline,Tetracycline and Cefoperazone).There is a mixed infection of RA and W.falsenii in the duck farm.
