贵州省秸秆综合利用与山地特色农业融合发展初探

Preliminary Study on Integrated Development of Straw Comprehensive Utilization and Mountain Characteristic Agriculture in Guizhou Province

为实现秸秆综合利用与贵州山地特色农业产业的融合协调发展提供参考,在分析贵州省当前秸秆综合利用现状的基础上,提出整合人才资源,创新运营模式,奠定产业基础;构建秸秆回收网络,减少秸秆的无效运输,有效降低秸秆回收成本;科技融入,企业兜底,提升有机肥产品附加值;精准发力,助力特色农业发展的思路,实现秸秆回收综合利用与贵州特色农业产业通过有机肥为载体进行产业融合,并分析贵州当前实现产业融合的基础条件,提出产业融合路径的支持策略。

The thinking of integrating human resource and innovating management model to lay industry foundation,constructing straw recycle network and reducing inefficient straw transportation to decrease straw recycle cost effectively,adopting science and technology integration and enterprise guaranteeing pattern to improve product additional value of organic fertilizer and taking targeted force to assist characteristic agriculture development is proposed based on straw comprehensive utilization status in Guizhou to realize industrial integration of straw recycle comprehensive vtilization and characteristic agricultural industry by taking organic fertilizer as a vector.The supporting strategy of industrial integrated path is put forward according to current basic conditions for realizing industrial integration in Guizhou to provide a reference for integrated and harmony development of straw comprehensive utilization and mountain characteristic agricultural industry in Guizhou.
