摘要
为推动贵州农业高质量发展与竞争力的提升提供参考,在分析贵州省农业规模经营的现实条件、山地特色农业多样性面临的规模经营难点的基础上,提出多措并举同步推进和因地制宜选择性推进农业的土地规模经营与服务规模经营,并推动形成二者的联动机制,以及重视新型农业经营主体培育,完善扶持规模经营的配套制度设计等建议。
The suggestions of simultaneously and selectively promoting land scale management and service scale management in agriculture by taking more measures according to local conditions to drive formation of linkage mechanism,paying attention to cultivation of new agricultural management subject and perfecting the supporting system design for scale management are proposed based on the realistic condition of agricultural scale management and scale management difficulty of mountain characteristic agricultural diversity to provide a reference for promoting high-quality development and competitiveness of agriculture in Guizhou.
