摘要
在某高硫煤燃煤机组静电除尘器入口加装烟气冷却器,测试脱硝系统进出口、空气预热器进出口、烟气冷却器进出口、除尘器进出口的SO3质量浓度。结果表明:脱硝系统内的SO3转化率为0.99%~1.10%,空气预热器对SO3的脱除率在30.14%~36.09%之间,烟气冷却器对SO3的脱除率在84.47%~88.93%之间,经过除尘器后SO3质量浓度可减少1.60~2.60 mg/m3;在静电除尘器前增加烟气冷却器并运行至100℃,能够保证引风机入口SO3质量浓度低于15 mg/m3。
A flue gas cooler was installed at entrance of the electrostatic precipitator(ESP) of a high sulfur coalfired units. Moreover, the mass concentrations of SO3 at inlet and outlet of such facilities as the denitrification system, the air preheater, the flue gas cooler and the ESP were detected. The results show that, the conversion rate of SO3 in the denitrification system was 0.99%~1.10%, the removal rate of SO3 by the air preheater was 30.14%~36.09%, and that by the flue gas cooler was 84.47%~88.93%. After flowing through the ESP, the mass concentration of SO3 in the flue gas can be decreased by 1.60~2.60 mg/m3. Installing flue gas cooler in front of the ESP and making it run at 100 ℃ can ensure the mass concentration of SO3 at inlet of the induced draft fan be less than 15 mg/m3.
