摘要
目的通过对乳腺三维超声容积成像领域的专利分析揭示全球专利竞争态势。方法本研究以智慧芽数据库收录的专利为研究对象,采用专利计量分析的方法结合定性分析,从专利竞争态势、技术来源地、技术开发机构、技术开发热点四个角度对专利技术发展态势进行分析。结果乳腺三维超声容积成像领域专利申请持续活跃,共有专利申请96组,三方专利申请17组,发明专利授权40组;美国是主要的技术来源地,技术开发领先机构集中于欧美发达国家;技术开发热点主要集中在图像处理及分析、诊断及检测等研究。结论本研究从情报学角度为乳腺三维超声容积成像领域的技术开发提供基于数据和事实的研究证据。
Objective To reveal the global patent competition of automatic breast volume scanner based on patent analysis.Methods This paper retrieved patents related to automatic breast volume scanner in the Patsnap database,and discussed the development trends from patent competition situation,technology source,and technological focus by the method of patentometrics combined with qualitative analysis.Results Patent applications in the field of automatic breast volume scanner continued to be active,with a total of 96 patent applications,17 tripartite patent applications,and 40 invention patent grants.The United States was the main technology source,and the leading technology development institutions were concentrated in developed countries in Europe and the United States.The technological focus was mainly on the image processing and analysis,diagnosis and detection.Conclusion This research provides research evidence of data and fact for the technological development in the field of automatic breast volume scanner from the perspective of information science.
