摘要 目的针对我院的新安装CT设备提出一种性能基准数据采集方法。方法使用美国模体实验室Catphan500 CT体模对我院2019年新安装CT设备的6项性能参数进行采集。结果获取新装机CT设备性能基准数据,其定位精度良好,运动精度在0.5 mm以内,5 mm和2.5 mm的层厚下空间分辨力均为7 Lp/mm,1%、0.5%和0.3%三种密度下能分辨出的孔径分别为3、5和5 mm,CT值线性1.9930×10^-4 cm^-1·HU^-1,CT值均匀性1.53。结论本方法适用于大部分厂家的CT设备机型。在新安装CT设备时,进行性能基准数据的采集能够为设备验收提供客观依据,同时能够为医院后续开展CT设备质控工作提供参照对比。 Objective To propose a datum acquisition method of performance for newly installed CT equipment in our hospital.Methods Six performance parameters of the newly installed CT equipment in our hospital in 2019 were collected by using the Catphan500 CT phantom from American Model Laboratory.Results The performance datum of the newly installed CT equipment was obtained,with good positioning accuracy and motion accuracy iwithin 0.5 mm.The spatial resolution under the layer thickness of 5 mm and 2.5 mm was 7 Lp/mm.Under the three densities of 1%,0.5%and 0.3%,the aperture can be distinguished as 3,5 and 5 mm,respectively.The linear CT value was 1.9930×10^-4 cm^-1·HU^-1,and the CT uniformity was 1.53.Conclusion This method is applicable to CT equipment models of most manufacturers.When the new CT equipment is installed,the collection of performance datum can provide an objective basis for equipment acceptance,and can provide a reference for the follow-up CT equipment quality control in hospitals.
