Due to the high-frequency and high-intensity clinical use,the ERBE VIO2 series high-frequency electric knife will have functional failure,and the code will be reported according to the functional failure.Based on the deep analysis of the working principle of the high-frequency electric knife,we analyzed the failure phenomenon of the equipment and the failure code of“C-54”,“C-57”and“B-10”.Then,the fault was solved accurately and effectively by replacing the circuit board,high voltage board and ⅡF manual control board.At the same time,we also realize that only when engineers fully understand the working principle and error code description of ERBE electric knife,can they quickly check and repair the common faults of the equipment,improve the accuracy and timeliness of maintenance,so as to provide better services for each operating room.
