本文分析PB840呼吸机发生的屏幕显示“系统错误”“硬件报警,不能确定送气状态”“呼吸机故障,不能设置患者参数”“无法设置患者,呼吸机故障”“SST不被允许,需要维修”,以及开机后空气压缩机不启动并报警“NO AIR SUPPLY”等故障现象,结合呼吸机运行原理,通过查询故障日志与错误代码,有效的定位到故障部件,进而更换配件,修复了呼吸机。同时也发现只有熟练掌握该机器的工作原理与自检查询功能,才能更快的确定故障部件,减少维修时间与成本,更好地为医院服务。

The failure phenomena of PB840 ventilator screen displayed“system error”,“hardware alarm,can not determine the air supply status”,“Ventilator failure,patient parameters cannot be set”,“Cannot set patient,ventilator failure”,“SST is not allowed and requires maintenance”,and the air compressor does not start after the start and alarm“NO AIR SUPPLY”were analyzed in this article.Combining the fault phenomenon with the operation principle of the ventilator,we queried the fault log and error code to locate the faulty part effectively,and then replaced the accessories to repair the ventilator.Importantly,we found that only by mastering the working principle and self-inquiry function of the machine can we identify faulty components faster,reduce maintenance time and costs,and better serve the hospital.
