With the application and popularization of hydraulic fixture in mechanical processing,our company has achieved certain results by using hydraulic fixture for many years.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the casting cylinder head milling and drilling sequence processing tooling for steering cylinder.It emphasizes that the application of fully automatic hydraulic fixture can improve clamping efficiency,processing quality and reduce labor intensity,so as to meet the demand of productivity improvement without additional equipment.
