服务“一带一路”的遥感类人才培养模式探讨

Exploration on the Training Model of Professionals in Remote Sensing Serving for the“Belt and Road Initiative”

遥感科学与技术类专业人才是“一带一路”可持续发展的关键性智力支撑之一,然而,目前遥感相关专业的人才培养过程尚未有效突出遥感在“一带一路”建设中的重要作用,所培养人才的能力还不能完全满足“一带一路”的要求。因此,在培养遥感类专业人才的过程中,需要将“一带一路”相关的素材整合到课程教学内容中。在此基础上,引入翻转课堂、问题导向式学习等先进教学方法,提高人才培养质量。进一步开拓人才培养的国际化视野,增加“一带一路”沿线国家学生来华留学的规模和质量,提升遥感类专业教学的国际化水平。这些举措有利于从空间信息技术的角度为“一带一路”的建设与实现提供人才支撑。

Professionals in fields related with remote sensing science and technology are one of the key intellectual supports for the sustainable development of the "Belt and Road Initiative". However, the training processes of remote sensing professionals nowadays cannot effectively reflect the critical role of remote sensing in the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative". In addition, the quality of professionals cannot fully fulfill requirements of the "Belt and Road Initiative". Therefore, during the training of professionals in remote sensing, it is necessary to integrate some materials related to the "Belt and Road Initiative" into course teaching contents. Moreover, the advanced teaching methods, including flipped classroom and problem-based learning, should be recruited to improve the quality of professional training in remote sensing. Furthermore, it deserves to boost the international vision of professionals of remote sensing and expand the size and quality of foreign students from the "Belt and Road" countries to study in China, which are conductive to improve the international level of remote sensing education. The measures above provide supports for the construction and realization of the "Belt and Road Initiative" in terms of human resources from the aspect of space information technology.
