23个省(市、自治区)中医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎策略、参与率和治愈效果分析

Analysis on Strategy,Participation Rate and Cure Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating COVID-19 in 23 Provinces(Municipalities and Autonomous Regions)

目的:尽可能全面地汇总各省、直辖市及自治区政府发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎中医治疗策略及报纸报道的各省中医治疗效果等信息,为政府将来制定中医治疗策略提供参考,并初步讨论中医抗“疫”效果,为后续研究者深入分析中医抗“疫”效果提供些许思路。方法:检索2020年2月29日(含)之前网页上发布的关于“中医药新型冠状病毒”和“中西医结合新型冠状病毒肺炎”的新闻,提取各省、直辖市及自治区卫健委发布的促进中医治“疫”的政策文件及报纸报道的中医治疗参与率与治疗效果等信息。结果:截至2020年2月28日,总计收集到23个省、直辖市及自治区促进中医治“疫”的相关政策文件及22个省、直辖市及自治区中医治疗参与率和治疗效果等信息。讨论:目前收集到的信息提示新冠病毒肺炎患者治愈率与中医治疗参与率可能呈正相关关系,但影响新冠病毒肺炎患者治愈的还有其他因素,两者间确切关系,有待科学进一步验证。

Objective:To comprehensively summarize the policies issued by the governments of provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions on the TCM treatment of COVID-19 and the information reported by the newspapers on the treatment effect of TCM in the provinces,so as to provide references for the government to formulate the TCM treatment policies in the future;and discuss the overall effect of TCM on COVID-19,so as to provide some ideas for the follow-up researchers to deeply analyze the effect of TCM on COVID-19.Methods:News about“TCM COVID-19”and“integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine COVID-19”published on the webpage before February 29,2020(inclusive)were retrieved,the TCM anti-epidemic promotion policy documents issued by the health commission of various provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions and information on the participation rate and therapeutic effect of TCM treatment reported in newspapers were extracted.Results:As of February 28,2020,a total of 23 TCM anti-epidemic promotion policy documents and 22 information on the participation rate and therapeutic effect of TCM treatment from provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions were collected.Conclusion:The collected information suggests that the cure rate of patients with COVID-19 may have a positive correlation with the participation rate of TCM,but there are other factors that affect the cure rate of patients with COVID-19.The exact relationship between the two needs further scientific verification.
