旅游创意教育的专业认同关联模型研究——以“贵州非物质文化遗产”课程为例

A Study of Tourism Creative Education Based on a Correlational Model of Professional Identity——Taking Intangible Cultural Heritages of Ethnic Groups in Guizhou as an Example

摘要 以旅游创意教育为研究切入点,关联创意能力和创意氛围两个影响变量,中介成功动机,建构并实证检验了旅游创意教育的专业认同关联模型。结果表明,创意氛围、创意能力对大学生专业认同有显著的正向影响;大学生追求成功的动机在创意氛围与专业认同之间无中介作用;大学生追求成功的动机在创意能力与专业认同之间起部分中介作用。理论上,丰富了民族地区旅游创意教育研究的视角,对非遗课程重新设计和本地人才培养有所启发。实践上,探索了“产、学、研”有机结合的可行路径,为进一步开发民族地区旅游创意产品提供了思路。 Taking tourism creative education as the research entry point,the paper constructs and empirically tests a correlational model of professional identity in tourism creative education,which is related to creative ability and creative atmosphere.The results show that creative atmosphere and creative ability have significant positive effects on college students professional identity;and the motivation of college students to pursue success has no mediating effect on the relationship between creative atmosphere and professional identity.But it does play a mediating role between creative ability and professional identity.Theoretically,the findings help enrich the perspectives of tourism creative education research in ethnic regions,and inspire the redesign of Intangible Cultural Heritage curriculum and the training of local talents.In practice,this paper probes into a feasible path for organic combination of“production,study and research”,and provides a train of thought for further developing the tourism creative products in ethnic regions.
