摘要
本文报道了湖北省武陵山区一种新的油桐黑斑病病原真菌,并对其开展了生物学特性和对农药敏感性研究。从油桐黑斑病发病叶片中分离到的JF-4菌株生长迅速,致病力强。菌株培养性状、产孢特征结合核糖体rDNA基因转录间隔区(ITS)和RNA聚合酶次大亚基基因(RPB2)分析表明该菌为小新壳梭孢Neofusicoccum parvum。该病原菌对环境适应能力较强,对5种供试杀菌剂敏感性不同,43%戊唑醇悬乳剂抑菌率最高。
A newly identified pathogen of Mycosphaerella aleuritidis and its biological characteristics was studied in this paper.Isolated from diseased leaves,the pathogen of JF-4 grew rapidly with strong pathogenicity.Based on cultural character,sporogenous structure,ITS with RPB2 analysis,Neofusicoccum parvum was the newly identified pathogen.The mycelia could grow under different environment with good acclimatization.Toxicity of 5 fungicides to the pathogen was tested in the lab.Different fungicides inhibited the growth of mycelia at different levels,and 43% tebuconazole SE showed best effect.
