紫槐凉血汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

Effects of Zihuai Liangxue decoction combined with narrowspectrum medium-wave ultraviolet in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的 观察紫槐凉血汤联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2016年6月~2018年6月收治的寻常型银屑病患者60例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,观察组给予中药紫槐凉血汤联合照射NB-UVB光疗,对照组单独给予NB-UVB光疗.疗程均为8周,比较两组治疗前后不同时期PASI积分变化、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况和复发情况.结果 治疗8周后两组PASI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(63.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访半年,观察组复发率为14.3% 低于对照组57.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 紫槐凉血汤联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病起效快,疗效显著,且不良反应小,复发率低,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zihuai Liangxue decoction combined with narrowspectrum medium-wave ultraviolet(NB-UVB)in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given Chinese medicine Zihuai Liangxue decoction combined with NB-UVB phototherapy,while the control group was given NB-UVB phototherapy alone.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes in psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,and recurrence were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate was 90.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 63.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recurrence rate in the observation group was 14.3%,which was lower than 57.1%in the control group during the 6-month follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zihuai Liangxue decoction combined with NB-UVB features rapid onset on psoriasis vulgaris,remarkable curative effect,less adverse reactions,and low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
