雾化吸入布地奈德与特布他林、阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的 分析雾化吸入布地奈德与特布他林雾、阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的100例小儿支原体肺炎患者为研究对象,按照电脑随机法分为观察组和对照组,各50例.对照组以布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入加阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在上述基础上联合使用孟鲁司特钠,比较两组治疗效果、症状恢复时间、肺功能变化和不良反应情况.结果 观察组咳嗽、咳痰和肺部啰音消失时间以及体温恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前FVC和FEV1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后FVC和FEV1水平较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后FVC和FEV1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 ?在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中以雾化吸入布地奈德与特布他林、阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗可缩短症状恢复时间,改善患儿肺功能,提高临床疗效和降低不良反应发生,值得应用. Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nebulized budesonide combined with terbutaline,azithromycin and montelukast sodium in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to computer randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received budesonide and terbutaline inhalation combined with azithromycin,and the observation group received montelukast sodium on the basis of the above.The therapeutic effect,time to symptoms recovery,changes in pulmonary function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,sputum and lung rales,as well as time to body temperature recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of FVC and FEV1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of FVC and FEV1 after treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FVC and FEV1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nebulized budesonide combined with terbutaline,azithromycin and montelukast sodium in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia can shorten time to symptoms recovery,improve pulmonary function,enhance clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of application.
