胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的社会资本分析

An analysis of social capital of patients with gastrointestinal malignancies

当前,社会资本对患者健康的已经被研究所证实.本研究分析胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的社会资本,为日后进一步对其进行人文干预提供依据.研究者采用质性研究方法,对18位胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者进行半结构式深入访谈,并使用Claizzi程序对访谈文本进行分析.结果 发现患者的社会资本分为4个方面:患者的伴侣关系为亲密与破裂,亲友关系为支持与疏远,病友关系为同病相怜、相扶相依,医患关系为不同视角下的碰撞、依赖与支持.这启示医务人员应关注患者的社会资本,并通过人文干预提升其社会资本,给予患者更多的关爱与支持.

At present,the impact of social capital on patients'health has been confirmed by the institute.This study analyzes the social capital of patients with gastrointestinal malignancies and provides a basis for further human intervention in the future.The investigators used a qualitative research approach to conduct semi-structured indepth interviews with 18 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies and analyzed the interview text using the Claizzi analysis program.The results showed that the patient's social capital was divided into four aspects,that is,relationship between patients and their partners which was intimate or broken,the relationship between the relatives and friends which was supportive or alienated,the relationship between patients and other patients which was similarly afflicted or mutual supportive,and the relationship between patients and doctors which was collisional,dependent or supportive from different perspectives.This suggests that medical staff should pay attention to the patient's social capital,enhance their social capital through human intervention,and offer them with more care and support.
