摘要 目的 探讨药学人员通过PDCA循环参与调控药占比的效果.方法 本研究将2016年10~12月和2017年10~12月的药占比作为对照组,将2018年7月~2019年6月的药占比作为观察组.对照组不采取任何措施,观察组采取药学人员通过PDCA循环模式参与调控药占比.比较两组的药品比例(不含中药饮片)、Ⅰ类切口预防用抗菌药物比例、抗菌药物使用强度、每住院人次费用、每住院人次费用中的药费、医疗总费用、西成药费、中成药费、药品总费用、辅助用药费用、辅助用药药占比.结果 观察组的药品比例(不含中药饮片)、Ⅰ类切口预防用抗菌药物比例、每住院人次费用中的药费均低于对照组,抗菌药物使用强度高于对照组.观察组的西成药费用、中成药费、辅助用药费用、辅助用药药占比均低于对照组.结论 ?药学人员通过PDCA循环参与调控药占比的效果较好,可明显降低医院药占比. Objective To investigate the effects of pharmaceutical personnel participating in the regulation of drug proportion through PDCA circulation.Methods In this study,the drug proportion from October to December 2016 and October to December 2017 was used as the control group,and the drug proportion from July 2018 to June 2019 was used as the observation group.No measure was taken in the control group,while pharmaceutical personnel participated in the regulation of drug proportion through PDCA circulation mode in the observation group.The proportion of drugs(excluding traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces),proportion of antibacterial agents for the prevention of ClassⅠincisions,intensity of use of antibacterial agents,cost per inpatient,drug cost in the cost per inpatient,total medical cost,western medicine cost,Chinese patent drug cost,total drug cost,auxiliary drug cost,and proportion of auxiliary drug in the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the proportion of drugs(excluding traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces),proportion of antibacterial agents for the prevention of ClassⅠincisions,and drug cost in the cost per inpatient were all lower than those in the control group,while the intensity of use of antibacterial agents was higher than that in the control group.The western medicine cost,Chinese patent drug cost,auxiliary drug cost,and proportion of auxiliary drug in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Pharmaceutical personnel participating in the regulation of drug proportion through PDCA circulation has a better effect,which can significantly reduce the proportion of hospital drugs.
