流浪精神病患者合并传染病的调查分析和护理对策

Investigation and analysis of vagrant psychiatric patients combined with infectious diseases and nursing countermeasures

目的 探讨流浪精神病患者合并传染病的调查分析和护理对策.方法 回顾性分析2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的流浪精神病患者合并传染病46例的临床资料,统计结核病、乙型肝炎、带状疱疹、梅毒及HIV阳性感染率,分析流浪精神病患者发生传染病的原因,总结护理方法.结果 共检出乙型肝炎38例(82.6%),结核病4例(8.7%),HIV阳性1例(2.2%),梅毒1例(2.2%),带状疱疹2例(4.3%);传染病发生原因主要与环境因素、社会因素、营养因素有关;护理应做好入院检查、隔离及卫生处置等,尽早对患者进行救治.结论 流浪精神病患者合并传染病的危险性较大,护理的难度较高,临床护理应做到早期检查、隔离和治疗,减少传染病对流浪精神病患者的损害.

Objective To investigate the investigation and analysis of vagrant psychiatric patients combined with infectious diseases and nursing countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 46 vagrant psychiatric patients combined with infectious diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,the infection rates of tuberculosis,hepatitis B,herpes zoster,syphilis,and HIV positive were counted,the causes of infectious diseases in vagrant psychiatric patients were analyzed,and the nursing methods were summarized.Results A total of 38 cases of hepatitis B(82.6%),4 cases of tuberculosis(8.7%),1 case of HIV positive(2.2%),1 case of syphilis(2.2%),and 2 cases of herpes zoster(4.3%)were detected;the causes of infectious diseases are mainly related to environmental factors,social factors,and nutritional factors;nursing shall do a good job in admission examination,isolation and sanitary disposal,and the patients shall be treated as soon as possible.Conclusion The risk of vagrant psychiatric patients combined with infectious diseases is greater,and the difficulty of nursing is higher.Therefore,early examination,isolation and treatment shall be carried out in clinical nursing to reduce the damage of infectious diseases to vagrant psychiatric patients.
