单孔腹腔镜疝气修补术对腹股沟疝患者血清CRP及IL-10水平的影响

Effect of single-port laparoscopic hernioplasty on serum CRP and IL-10 levels in patients with inguinal hernia

目的 探讨单孔腹腔镜疝气修补术与传统疝气修补术在成人疝气中的应用效果.方法 选取2017年1月~2019年1月于我院医治的疝气患者80例,随机分为腹腔镜组(n=40)和传统组(n=40),分别给予单孔腹腔镜疝气修补术和传统疝气修补术,比较两组患者临床疗效、IL-10及CRP水平.结果 腹腔镜组手术时间、下床活动时间及出血量均明显低于传统组,切口满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔镜组术后疼痛程度轻于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔镜组术后IL-10及CRP水平均低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔镜组术后并发症发生率明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 单孔腹腔镜疝气修补术对疝气患者的治疗效果更具优势,能更有效地抑制炎症反应,减轻患者术后疼痛症状,减少并发症.

Objective To explore the effect between single-port laparoscopic hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty in adult hernia.Methods 80 patients with hernia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into laparoscopic group(n=40)and traditional group(n=40).Single-port laparoscopic hernia repair and traditional hernia repair were given respectively.The clinical efficacy,IL-10 and CRP levels of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,ambulation time and bleeding volume of laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those of traditional group,and the satisfaction of incision was higher than that of traditional group(P<0.05).The degree of pain in laparoscopic group was lighter than that in traditional group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-10 and CRP in the laparoscopic group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-port laparoscopic hernioplasty has more advantages in the treatment of hernia patients,can more effectively inhibit inflammation,reduce postoperative pain symptoms and complications.
