腹腔化疗与腹部热疗联合治疗癌性腹水效果及护理

Effect and nursing of intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with abdominal hyperthermia for cancerous ascites

目的 探讨癌性腹水腹腔化疗与腹部热疗联合治疗效果及护理.方法 依据随机整群抽样的方法选取2017年8月~2019年8月我院癌性腹水患者200例,随机分为综合护理组(n=100)和常规护理组(n=100),统计分析两组患者的临床疗效、KPS评分、不良反应发生情况.结果 在治疗的总有效率方面,综合护理组为82.0%(82/100),常规护理组为62.0%(62/100),前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).综合护理组患者治疗后较治疗前的KPS评分升高幅度显著高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在恶心呕吐、腹痛、感染、骨髓抑制、肝肾功能异常发生率方面,综合护理组分别为91.0%(91/100)、69.0%(69/100)、29.0%(29/100)、91.0%(91/100)、50.0%(50/100),常规护理组分别为98.0%(98/100)、80.0%(80/100)、35.0%(35/100)、95.0%(95/100)、60.0%(60/100),前者均显著低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 癌性腹水腹腔化疗与腹部热疗联合治疗效果好,综合护理较常规护理效果好.

Objective To investigate the effect and nursing of intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with abdominal hyperthermia for cancerous ascites.Methods According to the random cluster sampling method,200 patients with cancerous ascites treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into comprehensive nursing group(n=100)and conventional nursing group(n=100).The clinical efficacy,KPS score and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive nursing group was 82.0%(82/100),compared with 62.0%(62/100)in the conventional nursing group.The former was significantly higher than the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score increase after treatment compared with before treatment in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,infection,bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney dysfunction in the comprehensive care group were 91.0%(91/100),69.0%(69/100),29.0%(29/100),91.0%(91/100),and 50.0%(50/100),respectively,and those in the conventional nursing group were 98.0%(98/100),80.0%(80/100),35.0%(35/100),95.0%(95/100)and 60.0%(60/100),respectively.The former was significantly lower than the latter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intraperitoneal chemotherapy and abdominal hyperthermia for cancerous ascites has shown good therapeutic effects,and comprehensive nursing is better than conventional nursing.
