牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中圆锥形套筒冠活动义齿的应用及对患者出血情况的影响

Application of conical telescopic crown removable denture in the repair of periodontal disease with dentition defect and its effect on bleeding in patients

目的 探讨牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中圆锥形套筒冠活动义齿的应用及对患者出血情况的影响.方法 选取2013年3月~2019年2月我院收治的牙周病伴牙列缺损患者82例,随机分为两组,对照组应用固定义齿,研究组应用圆锥形套筒冠活动义齿.观察比较两组治疗前、后的龈沟出血指数(BI),两组基牙的健康程度,两组治疗前、治疗后的咀嚼功能情况.结果 治疗后不同时间点下研究组龈沟BI水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组基牙的健康情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后不同时间点下研究组咀嚼功能显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在牙周病伴牙列缺损患者进行临床修复治疗的过程中,使用圆锥形套筒冠活动义齿进行修复的效果更为显著,可显著降低患者龈沟BI水平,改善患者基牙的健康情况及咀嚼功能.

Objective To investigate the application of conical telescopic crown removable denture in the repair of periodontal disease with dentition defect and its effect on bleeding in patients.Methods Eighty-two patients with periodontal disease and dentition defect admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with fixed dentures and the study group was treated with conical telescopic crown removable dentures.The sulcus bleeding index(BI)before and after treatment,health status of the abutment teeth and chewing function before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The sulcus BI levels at different time points after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health status of the abutment teeth in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The chewing functions at different time points after treatment in the study group was significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical repair and treatment of patients with periodontal disease and dentition defect,conical telescopic crown removable denture shows more significant effects,which can significantly reduce the sulcus BI level,and improve the health status of abutment teeth and chewing function of patients.
