医保局集中采购云胶片的可行性研究

Feasibility study on centralized purchase of cloud film by the Healthcare Security Administration

随着X-Ray、CT、MRI等医用检查设备的不断引入,医用胶片在帮助医生诊断病情方面发挥了巨大的作用,但随着数字技术越来越成熟,传统胶片行业正面临巨大冲击.医学影像领域也逐步引入了PACS系统、云胶片、电子胶片等专业数字化产品,并在欧美等发达国家全面取代传统医用胶片.在我国,由于医生和患者的使用习惯,更主要是受传统商业利益链条的驱使和捆绑,传统医用胶片依然拥有约200亿市场份额.如何推动这一行业全面转型升级,有效节约医保资金,减少浪费,降低环境污染,给患者提供更多便利,本研究试图从医保局集中采购的角度,探讨数字胶片全面取代传统医用胶片的可行性.

With the popularity of X-ray,CT,MRI and other medical examination equipment,medical film has played a big role in helping doctors diagnose the disease.With the development of digital technology,the traditional film industry is facing a huge impact.PACS system,cloud film,electronic film and other professional digital products have been gradually introduced into the field of medical imaging,and traditional medical film has been completely replaced in developed countries such as Europe and the United States.Due to the habits of doctors and patients in China,and the traditional commercial interest chain,the traditional medical film still has about 20 billion market share.How to promote the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of this industry,effectively save medical insurance funds,reduce waste,reduce environmental pollution,and provide more convenience for patients,this paper attempts to explore the feasibility of digital film replacing traditional medical film from the perspective of centralized procurement of Healthcare Security Administration.
