多潘立酮联合小柴胡汤加减治疗功能性消化不良30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of functional Dyspepsia Treated with Domperidone Combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction

目的:观察多潘立酮联合小柴胡汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:选取功能性消化不良患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予多潘立酮片口服;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予小柴胡汤加减。检测治疗前后两组血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平,观察两组中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组GAS、MTL水平较治疗前均有上升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组GAS、MTL水平均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在中医证候积分改善方面,治疗后两组均明显改善,观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多潘立酮联合小柴胡汤加减能够有效改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of domperidone combined with Xiaochaihu decoction on functional dyspepsia.Methods 60 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given domperidone tablets orally;the observation group was given Xiao Chaihu decoction on the basis of control group treatment.The serum gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)levels were detected before and after treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions occurred in the two groups were observed.Results The GAS、MTL level of the two groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GAS、MTL level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the improvement of TCM syndrome score,the two groups improved significantly after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dopanlitazone combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with functional dyspepsia.
