血浆细胞外组蛋白与细胞因子在矽肺患者中的检测价值

The detection value of plasma cells histones and cytokines in patients with silicosis

目的:探讨血浆细胞外组蛋白与细胞因子在矽肺患者中的检测价值.方法:选取我院2010年2月~2016年12月收治的120例矽肺患者作为研究对象,根据患者的累及总粉尘接触量和矽肺的不同发展阶段进行分组,并对各组患者诱导痰中的肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α)、转化生长因子(transforming growth factor-β, TGF-β)、血小板衍生因子(platelet derived growth factor, PDGF)以及血浆中细胞外组蛋白水平进行比较分析.结果:按CET分组和按病情发展程度分组后,各组在年龄、身高、体重、吸烟史以及吸烟量方面均未见明显差异(P>0.05);不同CTE分组患者在TNF-α和血浆细胞外组蛋白H4水平上具有显著差异(P<0.05);Ⅰ期组诱导痰中TGF-β、 PDGF水平和血浆细胞外组蛋白H4水平相比Ⅱ期组明显增高,而诱导痰中TNF-α水平则相比Ⅱ期组明显降低(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义.结论:多指标综合参考对判断矽肺发病可能性以及病情程度具有重要作用.

Objective:To study the detection value of plasma cells histones and cytokines in patients with silicosis.Methods:We selected 120 cases of silicosis patients treated in our hospital from February 2010 to December 2016 as the research objects,according to the different of cumulative total dust exposure and disease condition of development in patients with silicosis were grouped.Then we compared and analyzed the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),platelet derived growth factor(PDGF)and plasma extracellular histones of each group.Results:There was not different between groups in age,height,weight,smoking history,and smoking aspects according to the group by CET and illness development degree(PX).05).There was significant difierence in the level of TNF alpha and plasma histone H4 between difierent CET groups(P<0.05);The level of TGF-β、PDGF in induced sputum and plasma histone H4 of groups Ⅰ were increased obviously compared with group Ⅱ,while the level of TNF alpha in induced sputum was significantly decreased than that of group Ⅱ(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant Conclusion:The multi-index comprehensive reference can play an important role in judging the possibility of the silicosis and the disease condition of development.
