基于电量冻结的电厂集中式就地计量方案研究及应用

摘要 当负荷侧需求电量较大而电厂出力不能满足其需求时,电网会经过电厂向负荷送电,产生穿越电量。传统的计量方案无法保证穿越电量的准确计算,使得电厂因上下网电价差异蒙受经济损失。为实现穿越电量的准确计量,提出一种考虑经济性的基于电量冻结的改进计量方案和实现综合能效就地管理的集中式计量方案。综合两种方案,提出电厂基于电量冻结的集中式就地计量方案及其数据处理流程。通过应用验证了方案能有效实现电厂电量的精确计量,提升电厂的经济效益和能效管理能力。 When the load side requires a large amount of electricity but the power plant output cannot meet the demand,the power grid will deliver power to the load through the power plant,resulting in through-power.The traditional measurement scheme cannot guarantee accurate calculation of the through-power so that the power plant might suffer economic losses due to price difference between the two networks.For the purpose of accurate measurement of through-power,an improved measurement scheme based on power freezing and considering economy was proposed,and a centralized measurement approach was presented to realize comprehensive local energy efficiency management.On this basis,a centralized measurement scheme based on power freezing and its data processing was presented.Through actual application,it was verified that the proposed approach could effectively realize accurate power measurement for the power plant and improve its economical benefit and energy efficiency management capability.
