基于规则学习的调度操作智能校核方法

Intelligent Check of Dispatching Operation Based on Rule Learning

为解决电力系统调度操作票传统安全校核依赖人工经验,易出错、易疏漏的问题,引入人工智能领域规则学习算法,提出了一种面向调度操作票的智能校核方法。首先,介绍了规则学习的基本概念和实施要点。在此基础上,结合电网调度操作票实际要求,采用自动学习和人工设置两种方法,构建了调度操作票校核规则库。通过对照调度操作票内容与规则库中规则的匹配关系,给出调度操作票的校核判定结果和错误改进意见。最后在某电网调度机构的实际应用情况,验证了方法的有效性。

In order to solve the problems of dependency of traditional security check of dispatching operation sheets of the power system upon artificial experience as well as its highly probable errors and omissions,a rule learning algorithm in the field of artificial intelligence was introduced,and an intelligent check method oriented to dispatching operation sheets was proposed.Firstly,the basic concept and key points of implementation of rule learning were introduced.On this basis,under consideration of actual requirements of power grid dispatching operation sheets,a rule bank was established for the check of dispatching operation sheets in two methods,namely automatic learning and manual setting.Through comparison of the matching relation between the content of the dispatching operation sheet and the rules in the rule bank,check judgment results and error correction suggestions were given for the dispatching operation sheet.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through its actual application in a certain power grid dispatching mechanism.
