基于位置信息的群集人员区域客流应急系统

摘要 人员群集场所中客流应急疏散重要性突出,尤其是疏散过程中可能形成新的人员拥堵,易耽误疏散时机,同时无法获知过程中人员的聚集情况,也无法对遗留人员及时施救。针对场所人员应急疏散需求,提出基于位置信息的群集人员区域客流应急系统,以人员自身携带信息设备为信息源,实现疏散场景中人员监测。基于位置信息的实时疏散,以信息源为交互工具,实现引导信息推送、信息反馈及疏散引导信息更新等功能。借助疏散人员携带的信息设备及附属的通信模块实现疏散信息的发布及疏散人员的监测,有助于提升疏散效率和灵活性,避免人员遗留或发生疏散拥堵。 Passenger flow emergency evacuation from cluster venues is very important.In particular,new congestion may appear during evacuation and is likely to delay evacuation time.There is no way to get personnel aggregation details during the course,or carry out timely rescue for the remaining people.Considering emergency evacuation demand in such venues,a passenger flow emergency system for cluster areas based on location information was proposed,and personnel monitoring on the evacuation scene was realized by utilizing information equipment carried by people on spot as information source.Real-time evacuation based on location information performed such functions as guidance information transmission,information feed-back and updating of evacuation guidance information by using the information source as an interactive tool.With help of the information equipment carried by evacuating people as well as the attached communication module,distribution of evacuation information and monitoring of evacuating people could be realized,thus helping to improve evacuation efficiency and flexibility,and prevent people from being left behind and avoiding jam during evacuation.
