摘要 通过分析烟草制丝生产线自动化控制系统的发展趋势,结合其实际应用,提出了一种依据国际标准设计人机交互界面的层次结构,基于监控对象创建标准模型,根据应用需求规划产品功能的人机交互软件设计思路,并给出了用户应用安全和更好满足用户体验等方面的一些建议。设计方式有助于提高人机交互软件的标准化和结构化设计,并为后期制丝车间的信息化集成奠定了基础。 Based on the analysis of the development trend of the automation control system for tobacco silk production line as well as its practical application,a hierarchical human machine interface(HMI)structure designed according to international standards was presented.A standard model was established based on the object of supervision,design ideas for HMI software were developed for product functions according to application requirements,and suggestions were made with respect to user application security and better satisfaction of requirements on user experience.The proposed design method could help to improve the standardized structural design of HMI software and lay a foundation for information integration in future silk production workshops.
