摘要
近年来,光催化领域的研究逐渐深入,TiO2作为一种环保廉价的光催化材料被广泛使用。纯TiO2的光催化活性受其禁带宽度的限制只能被紫外光激发,以及光生电子-空穴对复合几率高,光催化效率较低。如何有效提高TiO2的光催化效率,合成具有抑制光生电子-空穴复合且同时具有较窄能隙的TiO2材料成为研究重点。目前各类金属、非金属掺杂TiO2成为热门研究领域。本文综述了TiO2纳米材料的特点和结构,并系统归纳了常见金属、非金属掺杂TiO2纳米粒子的制备方法及其应用研究进展。
In recent years,research in the field of photocatalysis has been gradually deepened,and TiO2 has been widely used as an environmentally-friendly and inexpensive photocatalytic material.The photocatalytic activity of pure TiO2 can only be excited by ultraviolet light due to the band gap,and the photogenerated electron-hole pair composite probability is high,and the photocatalytic efficiency is low.How to effectively improve the photocatalytic efficiency of TiO2,synthesize TiO2 materials with inhibition of photogenerated electron-hole recombination and narrow energy gap has become the research focus.At present,various types of metal and non-metal doped TiO2 have become popular research fields.In this paper,the characteristics and structure of TiO2 nanomaterials are reviewed,and the preparation methods and applications of common metal and non-metal doped TiO2 nanoparticles are summarized.
