品管圈活动在提高检验危急值通报及时率中的应用

The role of quality control cycle in increasing the timeliness rate of critical values reporting

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高检验危急值通报及时率中的应用.方法:兴化市人民医院检验科于2016年11月至2017年6月开展第四期品管圈活动,品管圈(QCC)小组运用品管圈管理工具,确立"提高检验危急值通报及时率"为活动主题,通过分析危急值通报不及时的原因,并逐条进行针对性改善.结果:有形成果:开展品管圈活动后,危急值通报及时率由活动前的58%明显上升至80.4%,目标达成率为85.5%,进步率为38.6%.无形成果:使大家的工作积极性、解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调能力、自信心、团队凝聚力、品管圈手法、和谐度都有了明显的提高.结论:采用品管圈活动能够有效提高检验危急值通报及时率,提高检验质量管理水平,使患者得到及时有效的救治.

Objective:To investigate the application of quality control cycle in increasing the timeliness rate of critical values reporting.Methods:From November 2016 to June 2017,the Laboratory Department of Xinghua People's Hospital launched the fourth QCC activity.The quality control circle(QCC)team used QC management tools to establish the theme of increasing the timeliness rate of critical values reporting.By analyzing the reasons for the untimely reporting of critical values and improving them one by one.Results:After the quality control circle activity,the timeliness rate of critical values reporting increased significantly from 58%to 80.4%,the target achievement rate was 85.5%,and the progress rate was 38.6%.On the other hand,it makes everyone's work enthusiasm,problem solving ability,sense of responsibility,communication and coordination ability,self-confidence,team cohesion,quality control circle skills,harmony significantly improved.Conclusion:Qcc activity can effectively improve the timeliness rate of critical values reporting,improve the level of test quality management,and help patients to receive timely and effective treatment.
