摘要
利用7-(二乙基氨基)香豆素-3-甲酸与MnO2纳米体系发生荧光猝灭,建立turn-off体系用于检测谷胱甘肽,建立一种测定还原还原型谷胱甘肽的新方法.同时考察了MnO2的浓度、pH值、温度、时间对体系的影响,并应用于实际样品中谷胱甘肽的测定.该方法具有操作简便、高灵敏度的特点.
Fluorescence quenching of 7-(Diethylamino)coumarin-3carboxylic Acid and MnO2 nanometer was used to establish a turn-off system for determination of glutathione,so a new method was established for determination of glutathione.The influences of pH value,temperature and time on the system were also investigated.It was applied to the determination of glutathione in real samples.This method has the characteristics of simple operation and high sensitivity.
