摘要 基于Al3+能显著增敏恩诺沙星荧光强度的特性,建立了CdTe-Al荧光探针高灵敏检测小龙虾中恩诺沙星残留的新方法.在最优实验条件下,恩诺沙星在7.19×10^-4mg/kg^3.59×10^-3mg/kg浓度范围内与体系的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为:IF=30.774C-155.4,相关系数R2为0.9996,方法检出限为1.44×10^-4mg/kg,样品各加入2.00×10^-3mg/kg标准物后回收率为98.5~104.0%,结果良好.方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、操作方便等优点,适用于小龙虾中恩诺沙星残留的快速检测分析. Based on the characteristic that Al3+can significantly increase the fluorescence intensity of enrofloxacin,a new method for the detection of enrofloxacin residues in crayfish by CdTe-Al fluorescence probe was developed.Under the optimal experimental conditions,it showed a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity of the system in the concentration range of 7.19×10^-4 mg/kg^3.59×10^-3 mg/kg.The linear equation was:IF=30.774C-155.4,the correlation coefficient R^2 was 0.9996,the detection limit was 1.44×10^-4mg/kg,and the recoveries of the standard were between 98.5 and 104.0%.The method is sensitivity,simple and low detection limit.It can be suitable for rapid detection and analysis of enrofloxacin residues in crayfish.
