高效液相微柱色谱在检测体液中二甲双胍的应用

摘要 利用制备的以表面预活化带双键的无机纳米硅胶颗粒作为交联剂,带有磺酸跟基团的3-磺酸丙基甲基丙烯酸钾盐(SPMA)为有机功能单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为引发剂,甲醇、环己醇和水作为三元致孔剂,内径为150μm的有机与无机杂化强阳离子交换整体柱对血浆和尿液两种基体中的盐酸二甲双胍进行分离检测,并优化了分离条件. The prepared inorganic nano-silica gel particles with double bonds on the surface were used as a cross-linking agent,and 3-sulfopropyl methacrylate potassium salt(SPMA)with a sulfonic acid group was used as an organic functional monomer,2,2-Azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator,methanol,cyclohexanol,and water as ternary porogens,organic and inorganic hybrid strong cation exchange monolithic column with an inner diameter of 150μm for hydrochloric acid in plasma and urine Metformin was separated and tested,and the conditions for separation were optimized.
