摘要
采用配有FID检测器的Agilent 7890N气相色谱仪测定水性外墙涂料VOC含量.校准因子配制以乙腈为稀释溶剂,市场采购水性外墙涂料因在乙腈溶剂中难以溶解,则将稀释溶剂改换为甲醇溶剂.另外,采用多阶程序升温和提高乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和二乙二醇在校准因子中的浓度,从而使校准因子中的30种校准化合物能够分离完全,大大提高各物质之间的分离度,优化峰型.对市售水性外墙涂料样品测定后,VOC成分仅为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇.
VOC content of water-based external wall coating was measured by Agilent 7890N gas chromatograph equipped with FID detector.The calibration factor uses acetonitrile as dilution solvent.The commercially available external wall coating is difficult to be dissolved in acetonitrile,so the dilution solvent is changed to methanol.In addition,this paper uses multi-step temperature programming and increases the concentration of ethylene glycol,1.3-propanediol and diethylene glycol in the calibration factor,so that 30 calibration compounds in the calibration factor can be separated completely,greatly improving the separation between substances,optimizing peak shape.After measuring the commercially available external wall coating samples,the VOC component was mainly 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol.
