摘要 煤矿井下掘进技术直接关系到综采面煤炭的综采效率和作业安全,针对传统的有煤柱掘进作业在生产中出现的巷道掘进量大、煤炭回采率低下、煤柱四周易产生应力集中导致垮落的因素,提出了一种新的无煤柱自动成巷掘进技术,通过采用井下切顶护帮支架支护方案确保了在综采作业过程中巷道围岩结构的稳定性,根据实际验证表明该无煤柱自动成巷掘进技术不仅降低了巷道掘进量,提升了掘进作业速度,而且无需在井下进行回采巷道的提前掘进,提升了井下综采作业安全和回采率,具有极大的应用推广价值. The underground driving technology of coal mine is directly related to the comprehensive mining efficiency and operation safety of the coal in the comprehensive mining face.In view of the factors that the traditional driving operation with coal pillars appears in the production,such as the large amount of tunnel driving,the low recovery rate of coal,and the stress concentration of the coal pillars around the four weeks,leading to the collapse,a new automatic driving technology without coal pillars is proposed.The stability of the surrounding rock structure of the roadway in the process of fully mechanized mining is ensured by adopting the support scheme of the underground cutting top and supporting side.According to the actual verification,the technology of automatic driving without coal pillar not only reduces the driving amount of the roadway,improves the driving speed,but also improves the safety and mining rate of the underground fully mechanized mining operation without advance driving of mining roadway in underground,which has great application and promotion value.
