煤矿大断面巷道支护设计与应用

摘要 近年来为了提高煤矿资源回收率和生产效率,我国涌现出了多个超级工作面,随着高效综采设备的不断升级及工艺不断完善,井下开切眼断面不断加大,其对支护质量也相应提出更高要求.以玉溪煤矿1301工作面开切眼为研究对象,根据现有的工程地质条件与生产技术条件,以实验室围岩物理力学性质测试结果为基础,并借鉴国内外先进的锚杆支护设计方法和最新的锚杆支护理论研究成果,综合运用工程类比分析以及理论计算等手段和方法,确定了玉溪煤矿1301工作面开切眼的最优支护设计方案,根据现场施工和后续观测表明,该支护设计合理,效果良好. In recent years,in order to improve the recovery rate and production efficiency of coal mine resources,many super working faces have emerged in China.With the continuous upgrading of high-efficiency fully mechanized mining equipment and continuous improvement of technology,the section of underground cut hole is increasing,which also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of support.Taking the opening cut of 1301 working face of Yuxi coal mine as the research object,according to the existing engineering geological conditions and production technology conditions,based on the test results of the physical and mechanical properties of the surrounding rock in the laboratory,and referring to the advanced design methods and the latest research results of bolt support theory at home and abroad,by using engineering analogy analysis,theoretical calculation and other means and methods,the optimal support design of the open cut in the 1301 working face of Yuxi coal mine is determined.According to the field construction and follow-up observation,the support design is reasonable and the effect is good.
