摘要
为了提高煤矿大断面岩石巷道的掘进速度,以晋煤集团成庄矿下组煤岩巷为研究对象,对其进行高效掘进技术的实践应用研究.基于成庄矿下组煤岩巷的工程概况,分析了影响该矿大断面巷道高效掘进的影响因素.在对成庄矿下组煤岩巷现状的综合分析基础上,运用高效掘进技术从掘进切割快速、支护参数合理、辅助运输连续及其三大工序之间的优化配置四个方面对其巷道掘进工艺进行了优化设计,实践应用效果表明优化设计后有效提高了巷道的掘进效率,达到了高效掘进的目的.
In order to improve the driving speed of the large section rock roadway in the coal mine,taking the lower group coal rock roadway of JAMG Chengzhuang Coal Mine as the research object,the practical application of high-efficiency driving technology is studied.Based on the engineering survey of the lower group coal and rock roadway in Chengzhuang Mine,the influencing factors of the high efficiency driving of the large section roadway are analyzed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the lower group coal and rock roadway in Chengzhuang Mine,this paper uses the high-efficiency tunneling technology to optimize the tunneling technology from four aspects,namely,the rapid excavation and cutting,the reasonable support parameters,the continuous auxiliary transportation and the optimal configuration among the three working procedures.The practical application results show that the optimized design effectively improves the tunneling efficiency of the roadway,and realizes the high-efficient tunneling.
