“学生中心”理念下高职专业群建设路径研究

摘要 “学生中心”理念贯穿于《悉尼协议》,强调以学生发展为中心,关注学生的全面和可持续发展。以中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设为契机,在“学生中心”理念下开展专业群建设,有利于落实产教融合、优化治理结构、实现共享共建资源。从学生的需求出发,通过科学布局、健全机制、校企共建、教学改革、质量保障等措施开展专业群建设,可以有效发挥专业群集聚效应和服务功能,实现“产教融合、协作共享、校企共研、学生受益”,全面提升高职院校人才培养质量。 The student-centered concept runs through the Sydney Accord,which emphasizes student development as the center and pays attention to the all-round and sustainable development of students.Taking the construction of high-level vocational colleges and majors with Chinese characteristics as an opportunity,the construction of majors group under the student-centered concept is conducive to the implementation of the integration of industry and education,the optimization of governance structure,and the realization of sharing and co construction resources.Starting from the needs of students,through scientific layout,sound mechanism,co-construction of colleges and enterprises,teaching reform,quality control and other measures to carry out the construction of majors group,we can effectively play the role of specialties group agglomeration and service function,achieve integration of industry and teaching,cooperation and sharing,co-research of colleges and enterprises,students benefit,and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
