摘要
本文综述用于车轴表面强化与修复的合金粉末制备方法及采用不同热喷焊技术进行车轴表面强化与修复。通过研究多元复合改性、复合材料的清洁熔炼和拉瓦尔喷嘴超音速雾化粉末制备技术,得到满足车轴基体材料表面强化和修复技术要求的合金粉末。
In this paper,the preparation method of alloy powder for axle surface strengthening and repairing is reviewed.Through the study of multiple composite modification,clean melting of composite materials and preparation technology of supersonic atomizing powder of Rawal nozzle,the alloy powder which meets the technical requirements of surface strengthening and repair of axle matrix material is obtained.
